At Pets N Parents, we are committed to delivering your pet products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping terms, timelines, costs, and conditions.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
Delivery is available to most pin codes within India. If your area is not serviceable, you will be informed before dispatch.
We do not offer international shipping at present.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days
Prepaid Orders: Processing begins after confirmation of successful payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Processing begins after order verification, which may be done via phone call, SMS, or email. PetsnParents.com reserves the right to cancel unverified or suspicious COD orders.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During high sales volume, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.): 2–5 business days.
Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: Delivered in 4–7 business days.
Remote/Outstation Areas: Delivered in 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Such offers will be clearly mentioned on the Site.
Cash on Delivery (COD), if offered, may attract additional service fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number on the courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by you during checkout.
Please ensure your address, contact number, and pincode are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.
If delivery fails due to the absence of the recipient, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you for instructions.
Once an order is delivered successfully to the provided address, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
7. Delays & Force Majeure

While we work with reliable courier partners, we are not liable for delays caused by:
Courier partner issues
Customs or regulatory checks
Strikes, lockdowns, or political disruptions
Natural calamities, accidents, or events beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, we will make our best efforts to keep you informed and ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order is delivered in a damaged condition or with missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petsnparents.com with photos of the package and items.
We will investigate and, if validated, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Multiple Shipments
For large or multi-product orders, items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different dates.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

11. Governing Law
