At Pets N Parents, we strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. While we maintain strict quality checks, we understand that issues may arise. This Returns & Refund Policy sets out clear terms under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds will be accepted.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following conditions.
Returns are accepted only under the conditions stated below.
We reserve the right to reject a return/refund request if the conditions are not met.
Certain categories of products are non-returnable (see Section 3).
A product is eligible for return if:
It is defective, damaged, or incorrect (different from what you ordered).
The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with:
Original packaging intact.
Price tags, labels, and invoices attached.
We may request photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof before approving the return.
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and quality control, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon delivery:
Grooming and hygiene products (shampoos, brushes, sprays, litter, etc.).
Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items.
Clearance sale, discounted, or final-sale items.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@petsnparents.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8618255663 within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, invoice copy, and reason for return.
Once your request is verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup at our cost through our logistics partner.
The returned product will be inspected upon arrival at our facility.
Approval or rejection of your return will be communicated to you via email/SMS.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, net banking, etc.).
Refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer/UPI as provided by you.
Shipping charges paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged product sent by us.
If the product is in stock, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund (at your option).
If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
The Replacement or exchange of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item will be delivered within 8 to 10 days after our team completes verification.
All return shipping costs will be borne by PetsnParents.com.
Customers are not required to pay any return shipping fees.
If a reverse pickup is not available in your area, we may request you to self-ship the product. In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable courier charges against a valid courier receipt.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible; you must follow the return process.
PetsnParents.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues (stock unavailability, pricing errors, fraud detection, etc.). In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
We monitor return activity for misuse.
Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or abuse of the policy may result in refusal of future returns, blocking of the account, or legal action.
Products damaged due to improper use, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions will not be eligible for return/refund.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or events beyond our control.

This Returns & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
