Orders
Q. How do I place an order on PetsnParents.com?
A. Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you fill in your shipping details and complete payment (or choose COD), your order will be confirmed.
Q. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the product as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
Q. Do I need an account to shop?
A. No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view past purchases, and receive exclusive offers.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We currently accept:
UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, PayTM, etc.)
Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
Wallets (via PhonePe)
Cash on Delivery (COD) (available on select orders/pincodes)
Q. Is COD available?
A. Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. We may verify COD orders via call/SMS before processing to prevent fraud.
Q. Is online payment safe?
A. Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

Shipping & Delivery
Q. Do you deliver across India?
A. Yes, we deliver to most serviceable pin codes in India. If your location is unserviceable, we will inform you before dispatch.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Estimated timelines:
Metro cities: 2–5 business days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Q. Do you charge for shipping?
A. Standard shipping charges are shown at checkout. We also run free-shipping promotions from time to time.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes. Once shipped, you'll receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

Returns & Refunds
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Q. Are all items returnable?
A. No. For safety and hygiene reasons, pet food, treats, grooming consumables, and personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Q. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A. No. PetsnParents.com covers return shipping costs.
Q. How do I get my refund?
A. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI.

Q. Are your pet products safe and genuine?
A. Yes. We source only from trusted brands and suppliers. All products are genuine, quality-checked, and stored in hygienic conditions.
Q. Do you sell pet medicines?
A. No. We sell pet food, toys, grooming, accessories, and essentials. For medicines or veterinary products, please consult a licensed vet.
Q. Can I request a product that's not listed?
A. Yes! You can email us at support@petsnparents.com with product suggestions. If possible, we'll add it to our catalog.
